The ClimateScience Olympiad 2022 (CSO22)

Eligibility – The ClimateScience Olympiad 2022 is open for free to age groups 12-16, 17-20, and 21-25 years old. They can either participate alone or in a team of two.
Languages – Participants must be comfortable with at least one of the following 12 languages, English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese, Russian, Italian, German, Polish, Dutch, Romanian
Deadline – Registration closes on 10th August 2022, students can register by visiting climatescience.org/olympiad
Technical requirements – Fully online, students need to have access to any digital device (tablet, computer or laptop) and a stable internet connection.
Mode of Examination – The competition will be conducted in the following 4 stages – Qualifiers, Quarter-Finals, Semi-Final, and Final.
Prize structure –
The top 500, 100, and top 10 participants get a digital Bronze, Silver, and Gold medal, respectively.
In addition, $15,000 of prize money for the top 10 teams, divided
as follows:
