To facilitate adaptation to climate change amongst the vulnerable fisherfolk in coastal regions of Noakhali District through the creation of livelihood opportunities and reduction of vulnerabilities.
- To identify and field test selected agriculture production technology based Alternative Income Generating Activities (AIGs) for livelihood enhancement in the pilot fisher communities for facilitating adaptation to climate change
- To develop climate change adaptation strategies for coastal fisher communities that can be scaled up in a similar environment
- To sensitize and influence Local Government agencies(Union Parishad) to make them responsive to the cause of climate change-induced impacts and include climate change issues in local development planning
- To document and disseminate success stories and other project findings for wider circulation among relevant stakeholders
