Building Community Resilience Through Integrated Water Management Component 5: Green Livelihood for Communities of Threatened Ecological Critical Areas

The overall objective of the program is to contribute to the achievement of the UNDAF 2012-2016 Pillar-5 Outcome: “By 2016, populations vulnerable to climate change and natural disasters have become more resilient to adapt with the risk”.

The specific objectives of this project are:

  • Improved the livelihoods through various green jobs related activities, including green skills training.
  • Improve the capacity development and understanding of natural resource management, nature conservation, and green jobs among local people.
  • Advocacy for conservation and green practices.
