Dr. Mollah is a renowned academician in natural sciences in the country and has more than 25 years of working experiences with a large number of natural resource management (fisheries, wildlife and biodiversity), ecological impact assessment and climate change related projects. His particular interests relate to undertaking action research and case studies on biodiversity conservation and NRM. He has unparallel experiences in conducting ecosystem appraisal and situational analysis using PRA and FGD tools. He is a highly able person to lead multidisciplinary field team.

Dr. Khan served Bangladesh Civil Service (Administration) from 1988 to 2020 at the field level as well as central administration holding various position of the Government of Bangladesh. He has more than 15 years’ experience at senior level administration, management, technical and advisory positions with the Government of Bangladesh and International Organizations for strategic planning and policy framing in climate change, pollution control, natural resources and environmental management, biodiversity conservation, and sustainable energy development.

Mr. Ahmed has over two decade’s dedicated experience on climate change, biodiversity and energy issues in Bangladesh. He worked for NDC preparation and NDC Road Map and Action plans, Third National Communication (TNC), and mobilizing private investment for NDC implementation scoping study as consultant as well as managing elements of those projects. He worked with ADB as consultant for ‘Supporting Implementation of Bangladesh Climate Change Strategy and Action Plan, Sub project-2’. Recently, he has managed the MPI-1 and Initial scoping study project and successfully completed the task. He is also working as Technical Advisor, of Climate Resilience Ecosystem and Livelihood (CREL) Project of Winrock International and USAID.
