  • Site selection & beneficiary identification for Bamboo clump management
  • Nursery training module development
  • Development of 12 Nursery in 6 sites
  • Development of 5 turtle hatcheries
  • Site selection for bird and bat colonies
  • Turtle egg collection and hatching and preparatory work related to safe release
  • Control of feral dog
  • Identification of VCFs & VCG location in new sites  (Inani, St. Martin, and of new sites
  • Fish catch monitoring
  • Follow up 6 Garjan seed sowing sites
  • Mulching and grazing control of plantation sites
  • Participatory Forest Resident Bird survey finding sharing.

IR4: Improved Livelihoods that are Environmentally Sustainable and Resilient to Climate Change

  • Selection of 300 LH beneficiaries for Doll making training
  • Organize 150 selected beneficiaries for participating employment training
  • Provide Market Development Capacity of the LSPs to strengthen their market link with their farmers -50 LSP
  • Development of LSP business plan training-50 (HNP-10, MNKP-8, FWS-8, whykong-7, Teknaf-10, Shilkhali-7)
  • Skill development Training on climate resilient livelihoods specific trades for the farmers based on the farming calendar and link with the buyers- 590  (HNP-100, MNKP-40, FWS-100, whykong-125, Teknaf-150, Shilkhali-75)
  • Exposure visit- 1 ( individual reflection of strawberry cultivation –HNP-5, MNKP-3, FWS-7, whykong-3, Teknaf-7, Shilkhali-1)
  • Model village establishment- 1 (Medhakachpia)
  • Demonstration technology for better production- 1 (Fasiakahali)
  • Demonstration of commercial homestead gardening technology-35 (whykong-25, Fasiakhali-10)

  • Training/TOT on Grants implementation, monitoring & reporting and compliances (for regional and site based staff)- 1 TOT
  • Post-award training on Financial Management, record keeping, managing projects, reporting and auditing (Round 1 for 6 CMCs)- 06 training.
  • Facilitation for implementation of grants projects activities (Capacity building towards sustainability, biodiversity conservation, biophysical improvement, climate change adaptation, PA/Tourism infrastructure, etc.)-06 Project.
  • Grants monitoring, and reporting; documentation-06 Project.
  • Circular to local paper for CMC Accounts and admin Assistant recruitment.
  • Conduct interview for CMC Accounts cum Admin Assistant recruitment. FD, RC, Grants Officer & CMC office bearer will present
  • Assist to CMC for deliverable report preparation & Contact papers preparation with CMC AAO.
  • Assist to CMC for conduct six project inception orientation by six CMC.
